Sun City Grand opened in 1996 and is comprised of approximately 9,550 homes and 252 located on 4,000 acres in Surprise, Arizona’s West Valley. Sun City Grand is a 45+ age restricted community. 15% of Sun City Grand homes may be occupied by the owners age 45-54. 85% of the homes must be occupied by a person age 55 or older. The 45-54 age group MUST BE owner occupied.
